Who We Help
Home buyers across Sydney, at every stage of figuring it out. Some of you are worried about overpaying in a market that’s hard to read. Some are juggling a full-time job, a family, or both, and simply don’t have the hours a proper search demands. Some have been through it before, alone, and have decided that’s not how they’re doing it again.
Whatever’s brought you here, the people we work with are usually looking for the same thing in the end: a home that’s actually right for them, at a price they feel good about, with someone on their side the whole way through.
Our Story
Why We Started
Future Habitat started in 2012, out of frustration with what buyers were up against. People were missing out on homes they loved, or paying too much for ones they didn’t, because they didn’t have the time, the market knowledge, or the negotiation experience the other side already had. Every agent on our team has previously represented sellers. That experience helped us use what we knew, but changed who we used it for.
How It’s Evolved
What started as one person is now a team of three buyers agents, backed by an in-house analyst. Early on we worked with investors as well as home buyers, until it became clear those two things need different strategies, so we made a deliberate choice to focus on people buying somewhere to actually live. The areas we cover have grown too, from the Lower North Shore out to the Northern Beaches, Inner West, Upper North Shore, and Eastern Suburbs.
